Went to Firefly (Distillery)for their Trivia night. There was a pretty small crowd...possibly because of the 6pm start. Alot of folks still trying to get home and change from work/commute. Might be better served with a 7pm start on weekdays. We played multiple rounds with teams. They have Drinks, Soda (in cans) and a few Snacks & such. There is a large selection of Spirits for sale. Hopefully they'll generate bigger crowds.
This was my first time at this venue. It's a nice facility, but the crowd that came out for Willie Nelson may have been too much for Firefly Distillery to handle. Traffic was a bit of a mess, but the event staff was nice and doing what they could. We were easily able to get right up to the stage, though. Seeing a legend made it all worth it!
Did the taste flight...HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Had so much fun! Loved every option, truly, just some a little more than others. Lemonade with the round label? YES!!!! Their brand is well done. Quality items and a great selection.
We had such a great time celebrating my husband’s birthday with a tasting today! Melissa was so friendly and knowledgeable and gave us a lot of information and made us feel so welcome! After the tasting, we had a drink at the bar and walked around. Then we bought some cool merchandise. These locals will be back and look forward to special events. Keep up the great work!
We had an amazing afternoon at Firefly Distillery yesterday! Regan led a lovely yoga class at 11 am on the patio area under the roof. The flow was the perfect amount of restorative and challenging. Her mic system paired with the sound of drizzling raindrops on the roof was just entrancing!
After yoga, we went inside for a drink. Harry took awesome care of us at the bar. His drink recommendations were spot on for our likings. Everything I tried, I enjoyed. I will be coming back because of the PEOPLE, the environment, and of course the high quality booze. Thanks for being such a fun part of our weekend. See you again soon! Cheers!
Went to a live outside concert - Gregory Alan Isakov - at the Firefly Distillery last night. The acoustics were amazing and did justice to his delightful voice/band. A few heads up to be aware of - that they publish but we had others tell us it wasn't an issue to take in - it is. No chairs, no metal water bottles, no backpacks or even fairly small canvas bags. You can take in plastic clear bags that are the kind you can take into stadiums or on planes and plastic water bottles but nothing in them. Take blankets to sit on and possibly a plastic tarp if it rained the day before. They leave quite a large area in the front where it's standing only. We sat on ground cloth while the warm-up band played and then stood to watch Gregory & band. Amazing show! The Distillery is closed on show days but there are a bunch of food trucks and they have a bar open as well. Def will be back for more!!
Drinks are always good, obviously, it's Firefly! Especially now that they have a whiskey and it's a surprisingly good whiskey too. Great venue space, plenty of undercover seating (it was torrential downpour), with live music and a Miller All Day food truck. Hard to beat!
Great venue for outdoor concerts. Plenty of space and lenient with allowing blankets and towels to sit on. The grass was soaked, even though it didn’t rain that day so I’m not sure if it was either still saturated from a storm earlier in the weekend or if they run sprinklers daily. Plenty of space, good food vendors and decent porta potty set up. Free water station for refilling your own bottle or a bottle you bought from a food vendor and hand sanitizer also available outside of bathrooms.
